Usage of HickmanTech's services constitutes acceptance and agreement to HickmanTech's Terms Of Service.

All of the terms within HickmanTech's Terms Of Service are subject to change and all hosting plans are subject to the Terms Of Service.

Webpages or websites related to any form of illegal activities are strictly prohibited. If webpages or websites related to illegal activities are placed on the customers allocated HickmanTech webspace, their account may be terminated without notice. If a request is made by law enforcement officers for any of the customer's information (IP address, Phone #, etc.)HickmanTech reserves the right to submit this information to the authorities.

HickmanTech reserves the right to spotlight any customer's website or webpage on the HickmanTech website.

All monthly plans must be paid for within 7 days of payment request, HickmanTech reserves the right to deny the customer access to our services until payment is received.

Any bill disputes or overcharges must be reported to HickmanTech within 7 days of arrival of the invoice. If bill disputes or overcharges are not reported within 7 days of arrival of the invoice, HickmanTech reserves the right to disregard the dispute or overcharge.

No refunds after first 30 days of Service.

Entry into our DNS servers may take 3-5 days to complete. Unforeseen complications may cause for longer waiting times.

Customer support is limited. HickmanTech will provide information to gain access to webspace and Control Panel, but it's up to the customer to learn the tools to manager their webspace.

HickmanTech is not responsible for lost data, downtime or backing up any customer's data. All customers should conduct their own data backups.

The service provided by HickmanTEch may be canceled by the customer at any time without cause. HickmanTechreserves the right to cancel any customer's account without notice if the customer violates any of the HickmanTech's Terms Of Service.

If any customer of HickmanTech changes the DNS settings of their domain from the HickmanTech servers, HickmanTechreserves the right to terminate that user's services.

Sites that provide pornographic and/or sexually related material and/or links to sites that provide such content, HickmanTech reserves the right to terminate that user's services without notice or warning.

If HickmanTech receives any notice of unsolicited electronic e-mail coming from any customer's domain, that customer's services can and will be terminated without notice.

Any sites provided and/or used for IRC-related purposes (this includes bot scripts, etc.) can and will have their services terminated by HickmanTech.

Any sites that utilize an abnormal amount of system resources, may be permanently or temporarily shut down while HickmanTech diagnoses the problem.

The liability of HickmanTech on any customer's account is none. HickmanTech offers dirt cheap hosting and maintains no guarantee of uptime. Rest assured though, our host guarentees us 99.5% uptime, so feel comfortable that you get the besting hosting for the cheapest price.

If any customer incurs legal expenses upon HickmanTech, we reserve the right to recover these expenses from the customer.

If any customer's activity causes legal action to be taken (i.e, suing, etc.) against HickmanTech, the customer will pay any damages awarded against HickmanTech, as well as all other legal fees (i.e, lawyers, etc.).
