Mr. Hickman holds various Industry certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, Novell, Citrix and has been working in the Information Technololgy field since 1986.

After spending 10 years in the U.S. Army working as a Programmer/Analyst in various roles as Systems Administrator, Network Integrator, Web Designer, Database and Application Developer, Mr. Hickman left the military to pursue a career as a Consultant implementing large Microsoft Exchange systems for such companies as Baylor HealthCare Systems in Dallas, TX and Clarian HealthCare Systems after the I.U., Methodist and Riley Merger in Indianapolis, IN.

Mr. Hickman now works fulltime at Eli Lilly and Company as a Systems Analyst where he spent 3 years in the NT Server Group working as the Windows 2000 Server Subject Matter Expert during the Windows 2000 implementation. His next assignment was in Applied Research where he investigated and implimented new technology for the Company.

He now works in Information Security, protecting the company from hackers, viruses and intruders.

Mr. Hickman spends his spare time in Little League with his four children and enjoys cycling on his Specialized Allez road bike training for the Hilly Hundred and other CIBA rides.

Mr Hickman is also a student studying for Bachelors of Business Information Systems at Indiana Wesleyan.
